That sounds interesting. How are you going to cook that and what is the texture of the meat and what kind of taste does it have?

It needs to be salted and covered in flour before I put it in the frying pan with olive oil. The meat is real tender and it has a very mild taste, bonus is that stingray is part of the shark family so there is no bone just cartilage.
