I'm not eating diner tonight. Why? My company took me out for my 15yr (actually 17) anniversary for lunch so I had dinner for lunch.
Top sirlion flame broiled to a beautiful med. rare with frites and for desert... well check the pic. That is a full size dinner plate and I had eaten half already. Can you say oink.

I've never heard the term KD (Kraft Dinner) before. I just looked it up. You learn something new everyday...

I sous vided chicken legs in a pineapple teriyaki sauce w/sesame seeds yesterday. I'll pop them in the broiler to give them a nice brown crust, then eat.
