    "Bouillie canadien" (boiled).That is a french canadian stew with a cross rib roat thatis boiled real slow wuth oignons and a piece of garlic (all afternoon)in beef bouillon and consomme.And in the last hour of cooking,you add potatoes,carrots,turnip,cabbage or brussel dprouts,wax beans and corn cobs.Serve with "French" regular mustard for condimentTry it one day,you need a big pot!

    Sauteed fresh prawns and shrimp in a butter/garlic sauce served over rice and fresh grilled corn and a salad with that secret limon and mayonese dressing. (lime juice and mayonnaise) and cervezas for me and the woman. The kids got dumped off at sister (inlaws)

    Your wife's seafood is probably my favorite dish.And it is a" bouillabaise"I wish I could get some fresh seafood out here.The closest is about 280 klicks.Oh yes the people outside Quebes thinks I eat weird stuff.Tried to make my neighbor eat beans for breakfast (tuti frutty style).
