    Do we have a "What's For Lunch?" thread???

    I was the recipient of a giant homegrown beefsteak tomato from a friend's garden yesterday. I cut that up to chunks and ate it with a drizzle of homemade garlic vinaigrette and a few pieces of freshly torn basil sprinkled on top.

    The sauce is made with roma (italian)tomatoes for the wet part and you add sundried tomatoes!I learned a new one too the other day,"Red gravy"!That is from Loisiana creole talk for "tomato sauce"!

    Tonight it's corn on the cob and tuscan pasta with leftover curry chicken.I am turning into an italian hindu!No vino tonight.
