I didn't want you to think I was spending the money on myself. That's why I posted a reply explaining where the SatFix Bux went.

Here's a little token of my gratitude for your generous donation. Please accept it in the spirit that its meant...

Thumbs up What's cooking for dinner?

It is a basic and simple meal with no fuss prep and even less fuss clean up.
I have mentioned it before and we like it so much we have it almost weekly.

Mr. Bumbles chicken with white rice.

Here is the recipe for those that want to ty it less the white rice. I'm sure you can figure out how to make white rice.lol

    2-3 lbs. Chicken breasts, boneless
1 Pkg. Onion Soup Mix (I prefer Lipton)
    1/2 cup Ketchup
    1/4 cup Brown Sugar
    1/4 cup Water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Line a shallow 10 x 15 inch baking dish with aluminum foil, making sure the foil overlaps the pan on all sides.

Arrange the chicken on the foil in a single layer.

Combine the soup mix, brown sugar, ketchup, water and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over chicken. Turn chicken and spoon sauce over top to ensure complete coverage of the sauce.

Cover with the foil, sealing around the edges to make a completely enclosed package.

Bake at 375 degrees F. for 50 minutes. Can be done on the BBQ as well.

I don't do the spicy thingy either bud, both are quite mild but the Greek one has a bit of orange rind in it.
