    I get that and I'll confirm that its your internet supplier. I'm on fibre and occasionally Ill see that but it has not interrupted service so the outage is of short duration. You can confirm using fast.com.

    I have a Gen 2 (Standard Actuated) setup and it's a pretty limited router. Only a handful of settings and no port forwarding or VPN settings. It's WIFI only, unless you buy the optional Ethernet Adapter, which I did.

    Starlink uses Cloudflare’s DNS filtering for it's Content Filtering but I can't remember if I had to turn this off or not. It's something that I would instinctively turn off so it's possible that it was enabled by default. Other than that the only other thing that might be a problem would be a Custom DNS setup.

    The other issue with the Gen 2 router is there is no Administration portal. To change settings you have to log into the Starlink app on your mobile device to make changes.

    Dish, do you know what has to be done exactly is it open the port or some other setting. If you could point me to a post or tw that works too. Thanks, JETS

    Edit: the user says they went into the SL app and the device was "Paused". They un-paused it and now it's working. I wonder how you can make a rule not to pause. I also suggested to turn BuzzBox off when not in use with the remote.
