Is the On Demand going to get fixed? It has been crap for honestly a couple of weeks at least. I have my customers using Free Cinema because the on demand has been so crap. If it plays at all it takes up to 5 minutes to play and after 5 minutes of playing you get the “next episode” or “cancel” screen in the bottom corner. Than you have to wait another couple minutes for it to connect. I’ve had a bunch of clients tell me they are not going to renew if this continues. This definitely needs to get sorted please. Sucks that a free app plays perfectly but an app they pay for doesn’t work. I can’t keep making excuses. Thanks guys
I don’t know what to tell you… it’s not just me, it’s my clients complaining. I have set most up with ProtonVPN that don’t have a pay one. Live TV is working fine but the On Demand isn’t. Had 4 calls already tonight about Yellowstone. I couldn’t get it to play. I can’t tell them it works fine if mine won’t even work. Had to watch it on free cinema and told them to do the same and it played perfectly. I get the the ISPs are being funny and trying to shut **** down. But with a VPN it’s not working. Free Cinema is. I set them up with the wicked app. So if it’s the app that’s being ****, why would that be one that is offered by wicked to use? I’m glad it’s working for you, but it’s not for me or my clients and need to figure something out before I start losing them. I rely on word of mouth and referrals and only thing I’ve heard lately is not good. Thanks
Thanks for replying bro, it’s appreciated. What app do you suggest? I previously used Smarters, but when I found out about the wicked app I switched over. Just tried on Smarters and was getting same results which I kind of expected. Seeing wicked looks like a reskin of smarters. 99% of people I set up are rocking firesticks. If there was a good free one that would be best obviously. Thanks
