i had no live tv last night on any channel i tried but i watch very little tv everything said "stream unavailable" i thought it was a "my issue" so rebooted buzz box, rebooted router no luck, removed account and re entered left router unplugged all night gone all day, came home had tv for 1 hr at 6pm and then same thing every channel " stream unavailable" no tv again tonight BNN cdn , BNN bloomberg, cp 24 both, sportsents, tsns, itv anglia UK, bbc, NHL jets, CNN are some of the channels, not sure now reading all the posts if this is on my end or for everyone, i did renew recently not using vpn. 24/7 tv working on the channels i watch ( old Brit tv) james bond channel working

You will need VPN for now to get things working. CA: CNN is working for me, but many CA channels are blocked, and so are many US channels. Enable windscribe VPN, connected to New York server and all works again.

If you don't have a VPN, you can always get a Proton account and use ProtonVPN. Not the most flexible one out there, but it is free.

Or if you want to get your own, you can get a Windscribe sub, using stacksocial, and I noticed it is presently at USD$79/3yrs, which is pretty nice price. And hey, you can easily share it with a friend or 2. I am sharing my sub with my household (wife and kids) and installed on 3 devices for my sister, and on my mom's buzz, and have no issues. Windscribe has been good for me, and he UI in my opinion is a lot better than many others. And they have am AndroidTV version which is great (nicer than the basic Android version). And I'm sure there will be other deals with BF just around the corner. But just because it is flagged as a "Black friday" deal does not automatically mean it is the cheapest you can get a service for

i have searched the play store from my Z+Neo and ProtonVPN or Norton VPN is not listed
I am subscribed to norton but it isnt working through my isp (modem)
I read on your post to get proton
I have downloaded the proton APK and cant figre out how to install it
(before this) i have reset my internet modem
powered down the up the Z+neo
found out that my Norton VPN isnt running through my modem, just on my laptop and phone

download the file make a directory for the files open the
"vpnlist file" go to the vpnbook freevpn site in the "freeopenvpn"
column note the username and password edit in the new password
save and close the vpnlist file now download all the bundles and put in the directory.
when opening the vpn go to file and load the list.

i have scanned all the way down and their is nothing for "proton vpn" in my listing. MAybe because i live in canada?
I am using the google playstore built into my Z+neo
I have also gone into the "marketplace" and see all the others but no proton

Hello, could you navigate to Proton VPN website from your boxes web browser and install that way.
Or
Get the Proton VPN apk from one of many apk websites and side load/install onto your box.

Thank you for replying, i have cyberghost installed on my PC ( no cell phone) , i am a senior and not good with tech stuff can i download cyberghost onto a USB stick and run it off that on my buzz box ? If not can i install it from the USB stick onto my buzz i prefer not to put cyberghost onto my router as i change location every time i boot my PC, not sure if this is part of problem but also buzz ox did an update about 3 weeks ago and ever since i can not record anything it records for 10 mins then stops but maybe that is because of the issues we are having?

proton has a free VPN version and i believe a paid version easiest way to find them is searching protonmail, this is also a great free, end to end encrypted e-mail service that has a paid version, even with the free version you can also send "password protected" you and the person you are contacting agree on a password then only that person can open the e-mail using that password, you can also set it to automatically delete after a set amount of time, no way in hell i use gmail, outlook etc in todays world.
