    Are "CATCHUP" servers down at the moment ?

    Tried on 2 different boxes on 5 or 6 different channels and get nothing

    1 hr show on BNN got to 35 mins and went into a loop, back now but volume 10 times louder

    the source? Different to iks bev it never happened with that, so i may not always watch a full episode of a show just because it is 1 hr long it may stop after 40 mins? I see replies to other issues " change your player" is that what i should have done?

    what you said was the source changed i don't understand what that means, it goes without saying that if your tv volume is too loud you turn it down

    does the box volume turn down or does it stay at that volume?

    I tried it on the X5 SS, E2, and on the 4900 and not working much better for some odd reason. Was working fine on my 4900 which I use the most. I used it 2 days ago. During testing I managed to get it going on one US FHD channel (don't recall which), and it took about 30 seconds to start, but then a few seconds later, it froze. Most of the other channels I tried is CA channel (CityTV Montreal, CTV Sci-Fi and Discovery Science)

    Anyhow, I'll test it again later in the week, won't have time for much in the next 3 days.

    We'll see.

    EDIT: On panel, it does show that it is trying to stream using hls_arc, but I don't see anything regardless of which box I use. And only reason I tested today is because 1 user complained to me that TSN1 Catchup was not working for him, and that is when I realized it was more than TSN1.

    on that channel i can not use the volume button i get a message that i need to adjust the volume on the tv, happens on a couple of other channels too the remote won't adjust volume, not sure if it helps but that channel on iks i had problems with volume too it was always way louder than other channels

    BuzzTV box ? Do you have a 5.1 Surround system ? I believe it tries to do passthrough to a device that can decode it (so obviously it does not control volume if decoding is done elsewhere).

    From home screen, go to Settings->Device Preferences->Display & Sound->Advanced sound settings->Select Formats, and select "None: Never use surround sound".
