just looked you up your running a vpn turn it of and see how it runs its your vpn
or change location on your vpn it may be saturated
Surfshark VPN lately has been sketchy for iptv service I find

I suspect he was referring to the WiFi signal strength
All my boxes are wired. No matter how good your WiFi hardware is, and how strong the signal may appear to be, you can't rule out the possibility of interference, channel saturation or even radio glitches. If you can, hardwired is the best.
