    There was a really quick blip around 8:50am eastern time. Saw it happen and another person witnessed it, panel did show the 500 message .It unfroze quite fast.
    Tv on since 6:00am..
    Definitely better than the last few days.

    Just curious,, is this still the case for you? Any idea? I haven't heard peep from my users, which is extremely unusual considering they don't know when to stop. But when I try and pull anything up, I'm not getting anything. Also, when I check servuce status via XCIPTV settings, it's shows 0/0/0 (live/movies/tv vod). So just wondering if I should be reaching out, possible dns change or something perhaps...

    Its been working good so far, sounds like you have an internet issue. Have you tried unplugging modem and device.

    I have seen the XCIPTV app do this before after an outage. Try going from the app home screen to settings, then update contents it will usually pull in the information. Using the update button directly on the home screen of the app does not always work, for some reason.

    Was in a panic this morning. Two of my friends called this morning as they both could not connect. Both are on XRS4500 boxes.
    After a chat with them find out both they boxes were upgraded last night and the upgrade defaulted to wifi off.

    System looks great today.
