Good evening, I just received a report that the vod is having issues. Example:Oppenheimer movie stops and starts as your watching it.
I can’t seem to launch it or any other tv show or movie in the VOD section

Same here. But I do occasionally get a stubborn one that refuses to start streaming. Strange part is that if I instead decide to download it, it starts the download pretty much instantaneously without delay.

Nowadays I often plan what I want to watch and just set it to download in the background to watch later. Works quite well, and then from time to time, I will move the downloads to my nas/plex server for future use.

I've watched equalizer3 3 times and yet I downloaded the 4k version
maybe I'll watch next year...it isn't going anywhere..lol

Good evening, I am receiving more reports of a channel freezing and the slow switching from one channel to another channel issue reoccur. That slow channel problem was around about a month ago but was rectified , looks like it made a reappearance again.

Here is the reports from end user
I'm watching an HBO channel (8929) and it stops to buffer frequently.
There also seems to be a very long latency when switching channels. Trying to watch NFL.

Definitely something with servers.. Was all fine up until an hour ago.
Getting many login / bad gateway errors (had a few friends ask about it), try 2 or 3 times and you get in. The few LiveTV channels I checked seem to be ok.. Many TV Series series seem to be offline for now (like supernatural - not big deal, playing it from my plex server for now for the wife)

Wife was watching an episode, and then paused it so we can have an early supper and when she tried to resume, it was all gone. Tried exiting and going back in, but ran into a few errors. Thought maybe box didn't like the long pause, and just moved to another box/room and same issues..

absolutEly Server issue. VPN will not fix and multiple ISPs affected on the east coast of US. Many channels affected. Check account info under Menu/settings/Account Info. during the issues and even then the info takes forever to populate.

channel changing is a little slower than usual
get an instant 7 day epg though
instant account info for me
and posting many channels affected is useless
you expect someone to check almost 10,000 channels?

Are we down tried connecting on few different boxes and phone even rebooted modem and router

502 Gateway errors coming in from a couple neighbors, maybe right at 8pm on the dot possibly
