I tried both amc's and west had a few freezes but amc was fine
also amc full hd is fine
animal planet was fine
bravo was fine

Thanks. So from 7pm to 9pm est constant issues like this on multiple US only channels. I tried 2 different subs, same issue. All CA and GB channels did not have this issue. About 40% of the US not US HD category was affected.
Now that I have rechecked after your response, the issues have diminished. So by magic I guess.
I also checked with a friend at another location in same area, had the same issues.

yes we looking into that issue we getting alot of disconnects on nbc channels

Hello, Im having issues loading the guide on all channels today. Its happening on 2 different subs 2 different U5s. Yesterday was fine on both units. What should I look for here ? thank you
