    There will always be the occasional glitches with any service. Earlier this afternoon, I did have an instance that it took 2 or 3 tries to connect, and once connected, many streams were not working. 5 minutes later, most streams came back. I assume one of the servers was rebooted.

    Another box that was already connected and streaming, did not lose it's stream.

    I have another server right now, which has been solid for years, and all of a sudden these last 2 weeks, one of our local ISP has been blocking it during major sporting events Using a VPN bypasses the blocking, but trying to explain to customers, is not always obvious. And customers using a different ISP are not affected with same server.

    The cost of these services is small. So anyone getting into this, and has no tolerance for the occasional glitch or possibly no stream for some time, should have at least 2 services (to have a backup).

    Our new servers have arrived , and we going to be moving servers around this should take a day to do , It will be one server off then replaced
    then next one & so on
    Hopefully you should see only slight outages

    I have a friend on this service, but it freezes a lot with his 2 Chromecast and Xfinity Internet. I have tried with just the wicked app with VPN and no VPN. Neither way will it play. Any ideas on what I could try to get their service streaming correctly?

    Got it working here on a variety of boxes with no issues or freezing and NO VPN needed (for now at least). Even have some friends using it on old AppleTV boxes using the generic IPTV Smarters app and no issues either.

    Are you using the latest wicked app ?

    PS: You don't have funky characters in your password like "" "/" or "!" ? I can tell you first hand, that a "!" in your password will cause all sorts of issues.

    Other option to try if you have a PC, is to use Firefox browser, and see if you can use the Web player. PS: It only works with "firefox" on a PC.

    I am using the lastest app. I don't know what is the issue over there. Could it be DNS settings since it is Xfinity?

    I am not 100 percent sure. I just restarted my iPhone and it started to work.
    I was using the SmartPlayers app but decided to try out the app, PerfectIPTV. When I went to add the portal, it would not connect. I then went back into the setting of Smartplayer to verify the portal. After I verified the portal in SmartPlayer, both apps would not connect to portal.

    24/7 may be up and down adding more servers now
