Looks like it went belly up ..was working great for a few hours. Can’t connect now

Is there currently an issue with 502 errors.
I only knew as my whatsapp blew-up with messages.
Panel is also lit up like a christmas tree with connect/disconnect every 5 to 30 seconds.

I have similar issues. 4 boxes can't connect. Like everyone says if you get connected your lucky. Even so my programs are freezing.

we will be doing some work to servers tonight on off peek times may swap out the main as its one acting up
we have the panel host looking into per fix on the issue too

FRCON: CANAL VIE
FRCAN: ICI RDI
FRCAN: ARTV

Either need to be reset, or new source needed.

Morning, Thanks for all the hard work with the servers. It is working so much better this morning.
I have been utilizing the web page to access the VOD which looks to work very well with little to no buffering.
I understand that there is also an app available which i beleive i have found through this thread. As I am not an android person are there any instructions around to load the app on the BuzzTV box or onto an Android cell phone?
You can send PM if you want or can assist or point me to a link/thread that will help. Any and all assistance is appericated.

Still having some EPG populating problems when adding to a new Formuler device.. channels just spinning forever and information is very slow to fill in, or doesn't fill in at all.. guessing it's just me since nobody else has said anything

My Formuler is fine it appears. It is my X5 that won't load anything.

I will have to dig around some more. I just did a factory reset. Added, downloader, and enter my sub information only. Blank screen is all I get.

xc api is what I am using. PM my provider since I don't know if it is allowed.
