Have a friend from out of town with a Formuler device saying they lost audio on the TV channels with no explaination.. Audio is working fine inside YouTube and Netflix so it doesn't seem to be a volume problem.. I'm scratching my head over this one. Anyone experienced this before or know what to try?

Gonna try the Audio Optimizer app next but I'm not optimistic
