Does your username have a special character in it?
mine did and we changed it with no character and boom it worked. Can’t explain it but all users I had that had special characters in the name worked after we removed them.

rhat may not apply to you but that is how I resolved my EPG issue

My sub has an ! in it, and on using BuzzTV 5 it only gives me up to 3am or so, and then the next day it loads the next day till the same
But, if I use IPTV Smarters, or my older xpl3000 or E1 (ie: Buzztv 4 or 2), it loads a full 7 days

So obviously some combination that buzztv5 does not like with wicked. But like DU said, I am surprised it even loads. On another service, I created a user and I added an "!" in his pass, and there was no hope. On that panel I could not even change the password, so the operators were nice about it, they ended up recreating it. I think the Linux back end scripts don't interpret some of these special characters well. You often have to escape them "" to get then working as literal characters in scripts anyhow. Now I know and no longer use special characters.

Hmm, unable to get in here, and my brother as well. Totally different cities and areas. His Formuler is giving up Error 404 and my OTT Navigator and TiviMate fail as well. Is everyone just using the classic URL for username and password accounts? I can attach pics if needed
