Without VPN, this evening, pretty much all the sportsnet channels were black. And The "global" channels also.
With VPN, no issues, all work fine.

Even ran some tests with various VPN services (Windscribe, KeepSolid, and ProtonVPN free) and all worked flawlessly.

However with no VPN, there were a lot less channels affected tonight. I am "assuming" there was some re-balancing done on the proxy back end to minimize the impact from the sports channel blackouts, but that is just an assumption, since not as many channels were affected tonight, compared to last night.

Either way, VPN is now permanently enabled on my media boxes. Guess it is the new reality.

The blocking is not ALWAYS in effect. It is often in the evenings as soon as the hockey games start.
During the day, the channels are not being blocked (usually).

Well mine is 2 hours ahead on all the shows and movies unfortunately wicked is not so wicked anymore use to be the best I do have reliable back up thx for the info
