just tried web player and no issues

Super confused, I don't get it, I can't make it past the login page. It just repeatedly prompts for username & password. If the username & password is wrong, it will say that it's wrong. But if it's right, it just redirects back to a login page.. Nothing unusual that I know of on my end, so that's very odd.

Also, someone has been complaining to me non-stop about Channel #2649 GB: Challenge - it appears to be out of sync audio/video - I hate to do this but they are asking me literally every single day

Web player for me works ONLY with Firefox. For the past few months, if I used firefox on Win10 or Android, it works fine. If I try to use Chrome or Edge, it does not.

Try with Firefiox, and worst case if that is causing an issue, open a private/incognito window.

A Few comments:

"CA: Discovery Science" is in a loop of a 15 second clip from this morning..
"FRCAN: RDS" stream not available.
"FRCAN: LCN HD" and "CA: LCN HD" has the wrong stream


I don't know what "CA: BBC Canada" is streaming. I just realized that BBC Canada was discontinued back in end of 2020 (I could be wrong). I only realized that, because I tried searching for it's schedule (since the EPG did not match the show playing).
However right now "CA: BBC Earth" has no EPG. But coincidently I noticed in the last few days, that the EPG that BBC Canada is showing is actually that of "CA:BBC Earth". When you get a chance, can ask them to assign the tvg-id of "CA: BBC Earth" to the one that is presently being used by "CA: BBC Canada" ?

Just don't change channel if you are watching something. One box is streaming a 24/7 channel and still working. Other box I can't connect for now either.

Guess I'll keep watching the 24/7 channel of Supernatural (or just switch to a backup service)
