Using built in player in apk. I’ll try to install mx player see if that helps. Will post in appropriate thread if further qs

Bug/Issue:
Finding that when ISP Lock is setup for users, it is not functioning as intended.
Once they are locked, it has shown different ISPs locked in after their originally locked ISP has been set/locked.
When the above occurs the user can connect to the portal, and will receive a channel listing with a black screen/no content being displayed.

The fix:
unlock the ISP and Reset ISP to allow a connection to be established, to confirm content is displayed


Thought I'd toss that out there in case anyone else is encountering this.

note for resellers that add mac address user boxes

if you change the user pass on the mac in panel epg will not load

if you dont change user pass in panel for the mac epg loads we looking into why but for now dont change user pass associated with mac when you add a mac user

Issue:
CA: CTV News Channel - needs a refresh or restart (audio and video is off sync)
there may be more under CA: with concerns, the above is most noticeable

No rush, feel free to work on other priorities
I can always flip over to my backup portal for meow.
