ok i just factory reset firestick installed apk for wicked its a way different interface and guide albe to log in but still no epg i like the old apk better but tv is up weird

I don't know a lot about this but couldn't you do a Mac that was tied to a username and password? Just curious, that should prevent access.

Why do you need to use a Mac address?

Dreamlink's DOL app works the same with a username/password as it does using Mac address.

Bonus .....then you get two accesses for each account

Agreed - but unfortunately for some reason the ability to convert MAC accounts to username/password is restricted on my panel. So unfortunately up until now almost every account has been MAC based

You cant convert ,it has to be arranged by sat9182
you can set up up username password at start

I think moving forward everyone is going to have to eventually send sat9182 their static ISP address
so he can lock it to your box’s MAC address. The MAC theft was triggered by a rogue employee of wickedTV who was too greedy
and selling subscriptions on the side and piggybacking them on our legit client accounts; thus accounting for the extreme latency we have been observing over the last month; my understanding is this rogue employee has subsequently been fired, but in order to keep him out new server software and security protocols had to be implemented quickly.

I’m sure this not an uncommon issue with all these IPTV servers.

Meanwhile we are fortunate to have a great administrator who works diligent to keep us
up and running.

Incidentally I think these BuzzTV boxes are the best on the market and enjoy frequent software firmware updates,

yeah just kind of a pain.. the switch is made to be toggled but on my panel it's greyed out.. wish they would just give us the ability to flip the toggle ourselves because I'm gonna feel bad about sending multiple messages as people want to convert their accounts..

What about people that have over 100 users and almost every other day one of them has an IP change.. if we are able to do it ourselves, however, that could work. would be a almost a full time job staying on top of all your users accounts and probably have to deal with a ton of messages from users who experience an unwanted IP change

It seems unable to detect Rogers customers, it's showing up as "No ISP" even when their IP is connected.. peculiar!

All in all it’s a mess I been with wicked since the start they will get things sorted I am sure. The software and what is involved in changing things up take time. I appreciate the quick fix until things are back up. I been in this community back in the old h card days coding and trying to keep things secure and safe for clients are the number one priority which shows the integrity of this team again I am sure all will get back to normal as soon as it can thank you for all your hard work wicked team ��
