Pickled beets are the best. I love them.

I remember way back when I was knee high to a gopher my mother made pickled beets and one evening I ate so many that I was peeing red. Scared me, I thought I was bleeding inside.

My wife makes the BEST pickled beets I've ever had.They are my favourite pickled food by far.Messy to make though.
Tonights fare consists of jerk chicken,wild rice medley, & grilled mixed veggies.Great summer fare.
