think we should hit Cost up for an invite Lasagna and smoked meat sounds great ...LoL

Grilling 16oz rib steaks tonight.

we are having beans and hotdogs tonight

Not sure. Could be a feast or just KD and weiners and beans. lol

homemade steak pie with mushy peas and fry's...and dont forget the gravy

Diff leftover turkey

Hamburger Helper tonight.

Shrimp stir fry and chicken fried rice.

Beef short ribs cooked 'en sous vide' and finished on a cast iron skillet!!! :)

You should try it non-frenched. It's purely for looks. There is so much flavor in the meat/fat in between the rib bones. That meat is the best. It's a shame that it's thrown out for aesthetic reasons. :(

I know all about that being Greek and doing whole lamb on the spit. Running a wholesale meat company and our clients demand it that way and I take a box home from time to time.
