Roasted Turkey Breast, mashed potatoes and peas.
Grilling AAA filet mignon steaks tonight with a Caesars salad.
Rack of lamb...tellicherry pepper, himalayan pink salt, sherry wine, evoo -> cooked sous vide at 128F for 1.5 hours -> seared off in duck fat. Served with salad and scalloped potatoes.
