My wife makes the BEST pickled beets I've ever had.They are my favourite pickled food by far.Messy to make though.
Tonights fare consists of jerk chicken,wild rice medley, & grilled mixed veggies.Great summer fare.
Fried pork chops with onions potato salad fried patty pan squash and you guess it beets.
Chicken fingers, perogies, olives and pickles.........no beets.
Cabbage rolls.
