I get that and I'll confirm that its your internet supplier. I'm on fibre and occasionally Ill see that but it has not interrupted service so the outage is of short duration. You can confirm using fast.com.Quote:

Edit: the user says they went into the SL app and the device was "Paused". They un-paused it and now it's working. I wonder how you can make a rule not to pause. I also suggested to turn BuzzBox off when not in use with the remote.
