    Well,being in constant serch for THE baby back ribs recipe,this is what I am trying and of course eating tonight.Ribs marinated for 4 hours,in 1 cup of bourbon,half a cup of molasses,half a cup of apple cider vinegar,1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and half a teaspoon of salt.Veggies on skewers and everything cooked on the barbi slowwwwly for a few hours.This way I can drink and not rush to anything,This is called "southern rib"easy going!

    Ahhh... tonight was spaghetti with homemade meatballs and homemade tomato sauce, garlic toast, the rest of my beefsteak tomato with the homemade garlic vinaigrette, a glass of red wine and... (of course) homemade peach frozen yogurt.

    Next time you are having pork medallions try this some time.
    Cut the tenderloin in to 1 1/2" thick pieces then pound to about 1/8 thick.
    Put in a baking dish with cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom. yes you use the milk. I use chicken cause I hate mushrooms. For a thicker sauce reduce the milk by half.
    Cover with aluminum foil and throw on the BBQ for an hr then flip then another hr.
    Remove and have at it. So tender you will cut the meat with your fork.

    Now for tonight it's BBQ'd beef brochetes and steamed white rice and a veg of some sort.

    Edit: I think I am going to make fried potatoes on the side burner instead of the rice.
