It will be interesting tonight. My daughter wanted to try to cook tonight, so....she is making home style lasagna using I am not sure what it is called "molido de pollo" which I interpret as ground chicken, similar to hamburger meat. It will be interesting, however I am sure it will be delicious. At least she is doing something...prolly because the BF will be coming over later (lol).

Pork chops on the q with green beans and mashed potatoes.
A whole bunch of grilled veggies on the Q and marinated chicken legs. Basted with hot sauce. I put that "s**t on evrything.

beer can chicken on the bbq with baked spuds...
