    All day breakfast on the barbie. The griddle is great, half ribbe and half flat.
    Eggs, pork sausage, bacon, home fries with onions and some local asparagus. Mmmmmmmm.

    An ex nhl player has a butcher close by.I have a big chunk of chuck for the q.Atleast 1 1/2in thick.Will marinade in beer and keg spice plus bbq sause.Put the heat on high and flip 4 times each side!!!Yum!!!!!!!
