Tonight I'm making Black angus NY strips,topped with mushroom caps stuffed with pepper bacon & old cheddar cheese.Baked potatoe topped with chives and grilled sweet onion.Greens will be asparagus, and good old fashioned sweet corn on the cob for the kiddies.Can't wait!
