Depending on ur VPN service , some countries/cities may not work. Japan was extremely slow so using Hong Kong and smooth sailing

Had a couple customers say it was down too. Tested NHL Toronto and Florida channels without a VPN and wasn't loading. Loaded up VPN on US server and loaded right away.

Are you using a VPN? Might resolve your issue.

Looks like there are source issues with the Sportsnet Pacific channel. Have been with past couple of weeks apparently. Just tested and confirmed not working - "Sorry, due to regional restrictions, this event is not available in your area ."
