I had bad guide info or no info so I manually cleared it and that seems to be working again as well, fetched new EPG successfully

I am getting black screen with primary video player and on the secondary player , it freezes every 2 seconds.. confirmed with a second person with the same type of box Buzz e5. VPN on or off made no difference

R we looking at a e5 video payerl issue or maybe a source swap will rectify our issue...I do not have other boxes to test. Just e5 buzz models and 2 different areas with same boxes are dialing on that channel thanks

CA: CNN has been glitching for some of my users all night (not too bad on my end - but a few still there).
Now it seems to be stuck in a loop.
Can we get a channel reset ?
