I finally got Smarters Player Lite v1.1.6 to work fine on my iPhone 13

Can someone please post the best /latest version I should now be using on my
Android devices such as my BuzzTV U5 box itself.

I saw the post above that had four (4) URL download links, that were patched/ported version with our WickedTV logo, but not sure which one is best or current or the differences between them functionally speaking.

Ideally,

I’d like to use port 2086 on the iPhone and port 25461 on Android devices.

Yes I too have observed that Catchup is not working well these last few months with BuzzTV v5.0, so I’d like to try it instead on our WickedTV ported/patched version of IPTV Smarter’s for Android OS11 because as I recall in the past it always worked better on Catchup channels

I think after that BuzzTV update to v5.0.940 on 09/26/2024 we started having minor issues on CatchUP channels which I use frequently.

That’s when I noticed the Catchup channels started having buffering and freezing loop problems,

This is why I’d like to try our older Android patched WickedTV version to see if it’s more stable and not just a server or Provider issue

I lost it when I upgraded from a 4900 to a U5 because BuzzTV utility does NOT allow direct image cloning from one older model to the next newer model, which means you have to reinstall all your older 3rd party apps if u saved them on external USB thumb stick.

Also,

Catchup channels do not work smoothly or properly on iPhone version of Smarter’s Player Lite v1.1.6, you have to press “NEXT EPISODE” to start the show.

But, (the rest of our IPTV live channels all work well), so I think it only will work smoothly or properly on native Android based devices.

I don't believe these problems are isolated to your platform & device

TV VOD and Catchup has been extensively reported on and we're still waiting on a resolution -- even under ideal internet conditions.

I believe it to be out of the end users control at the moment

Just my 2c though of course, please correct me if I'm wrong

only issue with tv series is during prime time they load slow
and sat9182 did post he would move them after making sure the the vod move worked out

How did you get Smarters 1.1.6 to work well? I just updated and am having a ton of re-connects and absurd behavior.

Does any other app work on the B5, like youtube ? B5 Connected wired, or wirelessly ? If wireless, did you try to forget the network, and then reconnect from scratch ?

Have you tried with a VPN ? If you are using the default providers equipment (modem/router), it is quite possible that the box is using the DNS servers of your provider, which may or may not be blocking the wicked URL.
