Thanks for replying bro, it’s appreciated. What app do you suggest? I previously used Smarters, but when I found out about the wicked app I switched over. Just tried on Smarters and was getting same results which I kind of expected. Seeing wicked looks like a reskin of smarters. 99% of people I set up are rocking firesticks. If there was a good free one that would be best obviously. Thanks

Is the On Demand going to get fixed? It has been crap for honestly a couple of weeks at least. I have my customers using Free Cinema because the on demand has been so crap. If it plays at all it takes up to 5 minutes to play and after 5 minutes of playing you get the “next episode” or “cancel” screen in the bottom corner. Than you have to wait another couple minutes for it to connect. I’ve had a bunch of clients tell me they are not going to renew if this continues. This definitely needs to get sorted please. Sucks that a free app plays perfectly but an app they pay for doesn’t work. I can’t keep making excuses. Thanks guys

VOD seems to be working good.

But TV Series for the last few weeks is very slow to start (if at all) during prime time hours.

So I installed Tivimate and payed for the premium. It’s started running good after 10pm till around 2am for VOD, when they updated the playlist. After it was updated movies would not play at all, and did not work at the last time I checked around 6am. When I checked again around 1-1:30pm they were working till around 5-6pm. Started have issues with long starts or not playing at all, which it’s still doing now (9:09pm). I am randomly checking different shows to see how they do, with a VPN running on a firestick through Tivimate, Wicked and Smarters. It’s the same on every app. But again all the shows I checked ran instantly and flawless on Free Cinema when they weren’t working with wicked service. I have a Formuler which I will be trying it in MyOnline2 to see if it is any different. But as of right now with a firestick and VPN running (Nord) VOD is not working worth a ****.

my daughter has a z8 and no vpn and all she watches is vod/tv series
if there was an issue trust me I would know(red heads be crazy)

Just tried using web player, on firefox obviously, with no VPN That way taking any local stb out of the equation.

Movies I have no issues at all. Tried 5 different movies, new, old, and even one xmas movie and all started within 3 or 4 seconds and played without issue for at least a minute.

TV Series however is a different story. I tried at least 15 different episodes of 3 different series. I did have a few that just would not start. But most I did manage to get started, took anywhere between 60 to 90 seconds to start. Unfortunately there are many players out there which would not continue trying that long and would have timed out if something takes that long to start.

I don't know if the new servers which were mentioned a while ago have been deployed or not. But for sure movies are a lot better than they were last month. TV series do start for the most part, but you do need a player which will be able to keep trying for about 90 seconds without timing out.

Anyhow, that is my experience as of 30 minutes ago.

Is EPG partially down right now ?

Had quite a few channels with "No information".. Went in a d cleared EPG to clear what was cached and force a redownload and I noticed that most of the Canadian Channels have no EPG now. US channels seems to be fine.

The EPG seems to be back to normal. This morning, mine was similar, and then when I did a "clear EPG" to force a refresh, I lost more (that was previoulsy cached I guess) Anyhow, all good now.

I did notice that CA: OMNI EAST is not streaming the correct channel. It is presently streaming the same as CA: OMNI.2 which is the Pacific stream. It should presently be showing "Arabic news channel".
