If they are using ISP default DNS, then odds are they are blocking it at the DNS level. I always have 1.1.1.1 (cloudflare) as primary DNS and 8.8.8.8 (google) as secondary.

Is anyone else having issues the EPG? A lot of the channels are showing no information.

Have 2 buzz TV boxes both EPG a lot of channels are showing no information and any channels that show programming is only showing 1 days worth.

Same as DU here. Just checked and even on my old Buzz E2, and both of my xrs4900 boxes it is 7 days of EPG.

I have classic and e5 cleared the cache and still is saying no information on the EPG so I really don't know what the problem is.
