They should all have a backup service, or get cable/sat if they can't deal with the downtime. Tell them to load up the PlutoTV app and watch reruns of Three's Company.. Or watch the Bob Ross channel for a while and they will surely mellow out

Their is no Service Level agreement. All service will go down on occasion, and it is often in phases. wicked has been great for a long time. Has unfortunately just been a bad last few weeks.

I agree Emporium, Was a great service and last 2 weeks lots of issues not related to ISP. Would be nice if there was some notice posted when these issues arise ... thanks for your help on this platform

Some friends saying many channels are fully black receiving 404 errors on stream attempt

Can u provide a few of those channels names and category . Not a lot of info provided on what channels

There's some kind of vast outage affecting a few people I have but isn't affecting me. They tell me which channels are black and send pictures but when I check here it loads right away. They are Formuler users, I wonder if it's related to that

Food Network CA and CP24 both not working for these users, for example, but are fine here

Could be ISP blocking/testing in prep for super bowl weekend. Have they tried with a VPN ? Have the tried with the alternate https://
.live domain provided in the other sticky thread ?
