could be isp, but could be your neighbors ip got banned by the server most likely is/was
thats why i asked if he was on a static or dynamic ip with his isp. static ip`s a have a range
100 up and 100 down but only the current ip being used can be banned.its very easy to get banned on some servers
put the portal address of a server in your browser while viewing that portal instant banning on some.
with the range though only your isp is supposed to be able to change it. open bullet you can force a change

it is possible they got hit by a massive hit by a scanner on a mac or m3u combolist especially mac
many times i have got into 1000+ hits coming from the same area it just doesnt make sense to me
that no one has been informed by these isp`s and only during primetime firing up a vpn and working means ip`s got banned
the ones that comeback are static the dynamics probably down until the provider steps in for a change.
wickediptv is a very popular service many hackers go after and post hits daily many hackers only know how to run a scanner
and dont know the theories behind them.

im sure many have seen what info configs can reveal
i went easy here depending on the config used it can show
isp and areas

of what might be causing the connection/blocking issues with wicked im on topic
sat`s post is at the bottom in quotes what about your off topic trash lol..

Knowing the scanner helps you understand how iptv works if you dont
im sure you dont know much about iptv yeah isp`s can block maybe the new https domain
and port 443 can help they can help or used to be able to help hide a server from isp`s but with the more recent ob2
most https links can be resolved so probably isp `s can too?

Thanks Sat9182 for looking into the intermittent freeze issue (like micro freeze symptom) for the following channels

Ch 1738 ca:sportsnet pacific (working phenomenal now)
Ch 1737 ca:sportsnet ontario(working phenomenal now)

For the following 2 channels below, there is intermittent (micro freezing still around)

Ch 1739 ca:sportsnet west (very minimal, watch it for a few minutes)
Ch 1740 ca: sportsnet world (much more prevalent , quick micro freezes)

I’m getting reports that the nfl stations are freezing and the latency of the channels changes are longer. I haven’t confirmed myself at the moment.

I just confirmed 9105 is an nfl channel new orlean saints vs New York giants. It is freezing and did take about 3-5 seconds to kick in originally
I will confirm that the channel changes are longer but we’re great earlier in the day when watching the Manchester United vs Liverpool game.
Something is going on now.
