I'm using a BuzzTV X5 media player at the moment, and using the built-in BuzzTV 5 app.

15 minutes into the Zookeepers wife and it is also flawless.

2 different servers, and 2 different sets of rules for ISP blocking Forgot the whole ISP blocking issue ? some services were affected and others were not.

Also, you are using 2 different apps for your services. Have you tried clearing the App cache ? And you have no clue on what the bitrates are for these movies either.

There are so many possible factors, but for sure, it is not the wicked server, since it works flawlessly for myself and dishuser. The issue is either on your ISP (throttling, routing, etc..), your internal network (wifi, router, flakey network switch, etc..), or your box that is choking.

Saying you are "sure" it is not on your end is a load of cr@p. You are not sure of anything (at least not regarding your movies).

Just because you have some other backup server that "works" means nothing. It's always great to have a backup, but that does not mean when one works, and another doesn't that your end is flawless. The backups may not be throttled/blocked by your ISP (since it is not big enough to be on any radar). The backup may also be streaming at extremely low bitrates (LiveTV and movies), that it does not even register a blip for any potential throttle, or even a defective switch.

A few years back, I was sure everything was perfect at my place, yet when I tried to stream certain things, they were choppy. Others were perfectly fine. After days of swapping out hardware, it turned out it was some dumb dlink crappy switch (which my box was not even connected to), that was on my network, and it was causing havoc during certain activities. Needless to say, I ripped it out, and have slowly switched out all my gear for mostly enterprise grade managed gear. Things are rock solid.

Can tell you it is not wicked server issue, since it streams flawlessly here.

Cleared app cache ? your box is not starving for storage (ie: 90%+ full) ?

If you are on WiFi, can you "try" a wired connection (if possible), just to rule out your WiFi choking ?

been changing channels with no issues

just changed channel and got stream unavailable
checked account info and page was blank
it came back after about 5 seconds
