episodes not available on the one you select. vod not working

On my E2:
Just tried Star Trek - Picard S03E02 and first click it stalled and then bailed me back to info screen. Second time I clicked on it, it started, played for 3 seconds and hung for about 10 second, then played 1 or 2 seconds, and hung again.

Movies, I quickly tried "No time to die" and The Batman, and they don't start.

On my 4900:
Movies (same ones) do the same.
Series is strange. Click on the series and you get the description page, but no "seasons" tabs/buttons to select a season and episode.
Also tried maverick-4k and seems to start and got 5 seconds (of the 2h10m) and then it hung. Tried the non 4k and it did not start.

Guess it may be a work in progress, or some other glitch.

On the app tivimate , received a number of errors of failed to get data from server when attempting to launch different movies.

That would explain why on my E2 I saw the seasons (since I had nothing tagged as favorites and did a search). On my 4900 I did not see the seasons, since I had them pinned as favorites. I should have known to watch out for "favorites" due to changed references

Anyhow, I'm sure eventually things will be stable again. takes time to tweak it to perfection.

we are aware of issues with vod we trying to proxie stuff and set it all up

only way to tell if its working is to run it when lots trying to watch and tweak and find the issues and fix

we are working with the developers on a ongoing bases live to work out all the tweaks and fixes
