quite possible you had mixed case in either username or password and now the user/pass is case sensitive.

mac lines = connects w/ error 'no service or the channel is not in service now'

Seems anyone with mac lines at the moment having concerns. It was stated in the past that it was being worked on. Not seeing a way to convert mac lines to user lines.

Is there still a way to convert MAC to XC username/password, and if so, is it safe to do with no side effects other than updating the box that is a MAC connection ? With all the stupid IPTV scanning I'm thinking username/pass might be the way to go as the MAC's are so much easier to scan for.. and country lock, if thats still a thing?

I think the mac to m3u converter was posted in this thread but if i were a paying customer
i dont know if would use it there can be side effects lol.username/password isnt any harder than mac`s
to scan for as a matter of fact some configuration files when scanning for mac based will give you an m3u
in most cases the m3u is fictitious unless it is allowed or paid for i think wicked allowed both.

the mac to m3u converter was developed by hackers but i would run open bullet
with Universal IPTV Scan as the config it will give you info like this

I have been trying to use the panel Tickets for any issues, but today, I can not submit one?
Any ideas? I get a "500 server error" when I try to submit.
I posted here because it might be related to work going on right now.

working on a issue with the techs. it'll be up and down and in and out. if you're on a channel, STAY on it...logins and load times are failing and or very slow...keep trying login over and over until it lets you in, get on a channel and stay. if can for bit

This is with the 4h30m off-set applied... Not a huge deal, mostly a cosmetic feature.

The concern is with the static value of the EPG at this point, the static value is off by 30m.
Simply reporting to assist with overall experience.

Just curious what you mean by that? Modern Buzz boxes it does the offsetting automatically? I have to always do it manual to any Formuler users including myself. I just got a Buzz E5 to test from my guy actually, have you tried that one? I haven't opened it yet

as long as you set correct box time/date you leave epg offset at current time

Been ages since I had to set any EPG offsets. Used to do it back in the days with my xpl3000.

I have not had to play with any offsets in at least a year on my buzz boxes.
