When OK2 was hit during the world cup, it was handy for many people for the 2 or 3 hours/day that the blackout lasted. They would not run the VPN full time, just when it was needed. Most of my friends which tried it during those blackouts, have now just bought it.

What type of box are you using ?
ProtonVPN I have not tried for streaming, but once again, you can use your PC, go to their web site, sign up for the FreeVPN option. Their app for many platforms can be downloaded from their web page, from github, and even on play store for android.

Example: bro uses the account at his place, sis uses the account at her place, parents use the account at there place and I use the same account at my residence? Hmmm
Unlimited devices is one thing, multiple ip’s on same account could be an issue.

That’s what I was thinking..shouldn’t be an issue.
I could be in China, wife in India, son in Colombia, daughter in Italy and dog in his kennel and we should all be able to use the VPN.
I will limit it to 6-8 devices at the most.
