Interesting.
I will attempt to connect from a few different WAN connections to see if I am successful, seems to time out at the moment.

As an added note, my other portals connect without concern, only having concerns connecting to this at the moment

was you by chance scanning our networks or anything feel free to pm me the ip you tried from and i can check our banned lists
but everything is up

Since late last night there has been more and more that are showing "no information". Tried clearing EPG to force repopulate and no difference. I did not report it, figuring it would eventually populate. Guess some EPG source is down.
I'm on xrs4900, but don't think that is relevant in this case. Also using xc api.
