NHL Centre Ice channel 1 always seems to be low quality while the other channels are all in HD. Can this be fixed?

I just checked a few channels and they're all the same video format

they're 1280x720
I only see an improvement if I switch to a channel that is 1920x1080

Looks like the 1080p channels are down. If you try the 720p (low bitrate) channels, they seem to be working.

720p channels don’t work either. Everything is down. Even on demand stuff.
