Is anyone having issues with the guide offset? Since the daylight savings time change, the guide is off. Like Reelz has some shows like Mariah Carey but 'Cops' is on. I had the guide offet at -3 hours and it was good until the time change. Anyone else?

I have been doing that in increments of 1 hour to 4 hours up and 4 hours down and the guide won't show whats on. All 3 of my boxes are like this. xpl 3000, xr4000 and xrs 4500.

yes try current time and reboot
the new server should auto detect the timezone that your box is in

I was at -3 on a Buzz 4500 like most people but now I'm +4 and it seems more or less good for now (I'm Eastern Standard Time here). In account info it shows the server as UTC...what's this about the server auto detecting timezone? How are you on "current time" if you were -3 before?

For the people having offset issues, I was one of the people who couldn't change offset without the box hanging/nothing happening but navigating to the Buzz app settings from the main screen and clearing cache/clearing data helped hugely. Offset changes are clean and snappy.

Mine shows Vancouver but Im in Ontario......I tried changing to +4 and now seems to be alright. I was at -3 before daylight savings time.......
Well, one of my boxes I changed to +4 and all is good. A second box I had to put at +2 to get the guide correct. Wierd.....

Major issues with the guide for me for some time now.Testing with Buzztv 3000/3900/4500, Dreamlink T2 prime, & stbemu on htpc,all mac access.No guide on movie category.Sporadic guide with many blanks on other categories.Are user/pass access devices having better results?Not having any guide issues with an alternate sub.

If I push the 'EPG' button everything seems perfect.........BUT........if I push the 'OK' button and get the channel list it is off 3 hours.

Also if using the right arrow to see the daily list for a channel it is off and each episode is list 3 or 4 times,

user pass works way better
you do have to set your time offset though

new server was auto setting it for users but more had issues then not with that so its set to vancover PDT -7:00
