What's For Dinner?

Being in the meat business, you should let it age a bit before cooking. Tonight were grilling pork kebabs with a Greek salad and tzatziki.

Well the weather did not cooperate, so it is aging, maybe tomorrow, tonight baked red snapper w/ sauted asparagus and mushrooms.

Grilling 16oz AAA rib steaks.

Seems weather continues to mess up grilling and any chances of any movies on tv tonight, so popcorn and beer and a very much watched dvd.

Having some breaded veal with mashed potatoes with brown gravy. For those that have never tried it try brown gravy with the veal. You'd be surprised at how good it actually is.

Never knew there was any other way to have...love it, when I can find veal. Have to freeze 2 steaks and 1 will cut up and stir fry with green pepper, red onion and juliened carrots.
