    Ragu bolognese spagheti.The real meat sauce from Italy.NOtomatoes just meat and cream cooked in beef broth with carrots and celery.You even have to top it with chicken livers but it freaks the wife off!

    Went out w/ nets this am and we got 12 lobsters, I have 3 for on the grill tonight w/ butter and garlic baste over rice. Look at the size of these babies.

    Having fettuccine Alfredo with local caught prawns...full fat version of course lol
    I just finished shelling 2 lbs of them
    Made a raspberry cheesecake last nite so some left for afters
