roasting a chicken..and fresh cut fries...with swiss chalet dipping sauce..
Having a Costco roast chicken tonight with mashed taters and gravy and some sort of veg.
Don't know if anyone has ever had a Costco roast chicken but if you can get one I highly recommend them.:thumbsup:

prime rib in slow cooker with dry red wine and garlic...makes a really good gravy for the potatoes.:)
Pot roast, potatoes and carrots with the jus as gravy...yummy.
Tonight looks like a St. Huberts chicken pie.
Picking up quarter chicken leg dinners in town, special for $5 which includes the tax and a can of pop.

Tonight is simple home-made clam chowder soup w/ old crusty bread for dunkin'.

Looks disgusting the first time you see it, but once you get your head around it, its actually really nice. It not really any different to the Chips and Cheese with curry sauce i used to enjoy after a night down the pub when i lived in Scotland :puke:
