Take bag of three shredded wheat biscuits and brake them up and toast them till warm. fry three eggs to whatever you like and drop them on the shredded wheat , mix them up a little and eat. I've been eating since I was a kid. yum

I'm doing sous vide beef back ribs for 48 hours at 135F, and then finished with 2 hours of mesquite smoking at 160F. Call sous vide cheating, but they are the best damn ribs I've ever had.

That sounds great, 50hrs to slow cook ribs...how many at a time?
Doing chicken stir fried rice tonight, hard to find good chinese here.

I usually do two racks..14 ribs. Delicious.

Large, Large Chef's salad.

Comfort food tonight, shephards pie.

Pan seared pork chops with .... ummmm.... something?

baked zitti fresh Italian bread, salad...

Italian meat balls, salad and Italian bread.
