Thinking chile verde for me, kids prolly have taquitos, and the wife prolly enchiladas...going to hit a great mexican food restaurant tonight.

Looks like pizza this evening.
Grilling ginormous chicken wings that will be bathed in a hot Louisiana sauce, veggy dip for cooling.
nice and thick pork chop tomato/basil italian style with fetucini/3cheeses sauce.
Same theme, grilling 14oz rib steaks tonight.
Grilled Mediterranean Salmon
Water here is too hot for salmon here or even stripped bass, sure do miss. Tonight will be grilled pargo a kind of red snapper and green salad with fresh fruits and for me a very cold group of margaritas (wife wants to get hammered also) :tehe:

Pork chops, crusty bread and a Greek salad.
Ran to the big city early morning looking for a vehical wanting to purchase, also stopped by a pricesmart (identical as a costco) department store, have a hugh rack of pork ribs already rotisseried ready to devour shortly.

Food. the mood I'm in that's all I can say.
Friggin snowing outside so no grilling tonight....boneless chicken legs in the pan.
Today was the day to make chicharones (pig pieces deep fried in pure pig fat), (perfect cardio food), but weather started raining...so regrouping for saturday on this. Prolly chinese pork fried rice and green salad here.
For those in other countries...tomorrow they roll up the sidewalks and shut down all beer, wine, and hard stuff until Monday am.
They celebrate Easter different than just the bunny and colored eggs here...make sure you stock up before noon tomorrow.
Warmed over leftovers.....and biskets and beers..lol..:)
