Mini meat loaves and scalloped potatoes.
Wings and nachos.
Lasagna Rolls
Chicken fajitas and fresh fruit salad.
Cajun Chicken Pasta
Last night was out so grabbed Subway.
This evening will be pork tenderloin lightly sauteed then simmered in cream of chicken soup until fork tender served over a bed of Jasmine rice.

Wife bought a deep fryer so will try shrimp balls and calamari balls tonight.

Took a nap due to it is friggin hot here now, dreamed of red lobster (damm gotta stop watching channels w/ american restaurant commercials), then realized we do not have here...so I guess tuna salad sandwiches tonight.
